Site Representatives (SRs) are the frontline connection between Nurse Practitioners at their site and the Alberta Union of Nurse Practitioners. Appointed or elected by their peers, SRs act as the first point of contact for questions, workplace concerns, and collective agreement matters. They ensure communication flows smoothly between members and the union’s leadership, help uphold fair working conditions, and foster unity among colleagues. Supported by their District Representative, SRs play a vital role in strengthening the voice of NPs across Alberta.
